We are not a bank, a non-banking financial company, a co-operative society or a lender of any kind. We do not accept deposits from the public, we do not sanction loans, we do not carry out the final gold valuation, and we do not disburse funds.

Every gold loan referred to on this website is sanctioned and disbursed by a lending institution, subject to that institution’s eligibility criteria, appraisal, documentation and approval process, and to applicable law and regulation.

About the figures we publish

Disbursement figures describe gold loans facilitated through our network in partnership with lending institutions; they are not our own lending book. Figures described as a target, vision or objective — including the two-year disbursement target — are forward-looking statements of intent, not results achieved, and not a promise of future performance. Experience figures describe the cumulative professional experience of our leadership.

Not financial advice

Information on this site is general in nature and does not take account of your personal financial circumstances. A gold loan places your jewellery at risk if you do not repay. Consider your position carefully, read the loan documents, and take independent advice where you need it.

Balance transfer

Whether a balance transfer benefits you depends on your existing loan, the valuation carried out by the new lending institution, the outstanding amount, your repayment history, the new lender’s policies and any closure charges levied by your existing lender. Eligibility is never guaranteed in advance.
