This Privacy Policy explains how MG Gold Finance Solutions LLP (“MG Gold Finance”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website and through our field teams. By submitting an enquiry, you agree to the practices described here.

• Enquiry details — the loan amount or purpose you indicate, details of an existing gold loan for a balance transfer enquiry, and any message you write to us.
• Institution details for partnership enquiries — the name of the society or institution, your designation and operating district.
• Technical information your browser sends automatically, such as device type and approximate location, used only to keep the site working.

We do not collect KYC documents through this website. Any KYC documentation is collected in person by our field team, or directly by the lending institution, under that institution’s process.

How we use your information

• To contact you about the enquiry you submitted.
• To assess, at a first level, whether your requirement may fit a lending partner’s criteria.
• To share your enquiry with the relevant lending institution so that it can assess your application under its own policies.
• To meet our record-keeping, audit and legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share enquiry details with the lending institution or institutions relevant to your requirement, and with service providers who help us operate (for example, communication and IT service providers) under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation or a competent authority.

Once your enquiry is passed to a lending institution, that institution processes your information as a separate data controller under its own privacy policy.

Consent and contact preferences

When you submit an enquiry, you authorise us and our lending partners to contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email in connection with that enquiry, including where your number is registered on the DND or NDNC list. You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to info@mggoldfinance.com, after which we will stop contacting you except where we are required to respond.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to serve your request and to meet legal, regulatory and audit requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
