1. Who we are

MG Gold Finance Solutions LLP is a limited liability partnership that acts as a business correspondent and service provider to lending institutions. We are not a bank, a non-banking financial company or a lender, we do not accept deposits, and we do not sanction or disburse loans.

2. Nature of the information on this site

Everything on this website is for general information. It is not an offer, an invitation to offer, a commitment to lend, or financial, legal or tax advice. Product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, charges and turnaround times are set by the relevant lending institution and may change without notice.

3. No guarantee of sanction

Submitting an enquiry does not create any right to a loan. Every application is assessed independently by the lending institution under its own credit policy, valuation process, documentation requirements and regulatory obligations. We do not promise any loan amount, interest rate, valuation or approval.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current and complete information in any enquiry.
• Ensure you are entitled to pledge the gold in question and that it is free of any other charge or dispute.
• Read the loan documents issued by the lending institution before signing them.
• Use this site only for lawful purposes.

5. Fees

We do not charge customers an advance fee for submitting an enquiry. Any charges applicable to a loan are levied by the lending institution and disclosed in its loan documents. Never pay cash to any individual without an official receipt from the lending institution.

6. Third-party links and institutions

This site may reference or link to lending institutions and other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, policies or conduct. Your dealings with a lending institution are governed by your agreement with that institution.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design, text and graphics on this site belong to MG Gold Finance Solutions LLP unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. Any third-party name or logo shown remains the property of its owner and is used only with permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, from reliance on information published here, or from a lending institution’s decision on an application. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
